The devastatingly handsome Isaiah Mustafa as the Old Spice MANta Claus… this hilarious, sexy Christmas ad campaign, with a bare-chested Mustafa promising gifts to the world’s 7 billion people, is a holiday winner.

Isaiah Mustafa is back in what looks to be a major holiday YouTube campaign from Wieden + Kennedy for Old Spice. The concept is introduced in the first video below, in which Isaiah is “MANta Claus,” promising to buy gifts for all 7 billion people on Earth—one at a time. He begins with Twitter’s @beautyjunkies, whom he gives “an elegant pair of ladyshoes made out of necklaces.”

A marketing triumph this may be, BUT, AS A MORE THAN 50YEAR USER OF ‘OLD-SPICE’,
Once it was perfectly clear that the makers of this long-used ‘splash-on’,
were NO LONGER INTERESTED IN MY DEMOGRAPHIC, I INSTANTLY CHANGED TO ‘BRUT’,
And it will be interesting to see if the FEMALE-USERS of this OLD-SPICE, take up ‘the slack’ as males who are NOT of the same demographic as the much touted model, abandon this product.
MAYBE IT WILL BE LIKE THE ‘NEW & BETTER’ COKE-A-COLA’
