Between now and this Sunday, February 5, there will be an onslaught of political cartoons featuring the NFL’s 46th annual Super Bowl.
This one by editorial cartoonist Gary Varvel is the funniest I’ve run across so far.
Pres. Barack Obama, acknowledging his sinking approval numbers, disastrous economic policies, and Democrats who are distancing themselves from the Current Occupier, pulls a “Tebow” in this football/Super Bowl-esque op-ed cartoon… priceless:

Check out Varvel’s blog at the Indy Star for more amusing Super Bowl XLVI cartoons.
