More hopenchange… soon it could be illegal in Miami for “amateurs” to feed the homeless.
So, don’t be a good Samaritan if you’re not properly trained and give a hungry homeless man your leftover sandwich. Either throw it in the garbage or risk getting fined by the city.
Kindness has a price.
